Erica + Duncan || Engaged

You guys, I couldn’t have asked for 2 better people to kick off my 2019 shoots with! I got to spend an afternoon with Duncan, Erica, and their adorable golden retriever pup Maverick at the beginning of January, wandering around at Riverside State Park + capturing their engagement photos. At the beginning of the shoot, Duncan said he didn’t like photos but by the end of it we were all laughing, and I had them acting their goofy selves. It was the best!

Erica was an absolute trooper, romping around in the mud and rocks in stilettos without a second thought! They both took every cue and prompt I threw at them and they showed me both their serious side, and their silly side too. They even surprised me with their solid dance moves! Absolute dream couple. I’m so stoked on what we created, and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding this summer! I can already tell it’s gonna be special.
